Any order placed on artisanat-shop.com implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They are written in French in their original version, which alone is legally binding and prevails over any translated version in a foreign language.
1. Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to select the products they wish to order on the website. Payment is made online and will be confirmed by email specifying: the ordered items, the total amount, and the delivery address. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt unless otherwise stated.
2. Availability
Product offers and prices are valid while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and refunded.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include all taxes, excluding handling and shipping fees. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may apply for products shipped outside the European Union. These charges are not the responsibility of artisanat-shop.com and are the customer’s responsibility. All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros. artisanat-shop.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability.
4. Warranty
Delivered products come with a legal warranty against hidden defects resulting from material, design, or manufacturing faults that render them unfit for use. The warranty does not cover improper use, negligence, or poor maintenance by the customer. artisanat-shop.com will replace products deemed defective. Products sold on the website comply with current European regulations.

You can shop with confidence; we guarantee the security of your online payment transactions. artisanat-shop.com has adopted 100% secure payment solutions:
- Payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, E-card). We pay close attention to online payment security. Your banking data is encrypted and transmitted in a totally secure environment to our bank. They are never stored. Your card number does not circulate in plain text online, thanks to PCI DSS encryption, a security standard protecting you from hacking. artisanat-shop.com only receives an authorization number through the Internet during the transaction.
- PAYPAL for PayPal account holders. These solutions protect all the information you share with us and guarantee the confidentiality and security of every transaction. Using PayPal, your banking data is encrypted once and for all. You pay simply using your email and password. It is free for all purchases, with the commission covered by artisanat-shop.com.
- BANK TRANSFER: artisanat-shop.com offers you the option to pay by bank transfer to our business account. Send us an email with your order, and we will respond with product availability, the total order amount, and our banking details. Payment is due within 8 days. If payment is not received within 8 days, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Delivery
Orders placed before 12 p.m. (excluding Chronopost) are shipped the same day, and within 24 hours at the latest after the order is confirmed.
artisanat-shop.com undertakes to deliver the ordered and paid products to the customer using the following delivery methods and times:
Delivery in mainland France:
• Colissimo tracked: 3 to 4 days from dispatch, Monday to Saturday
• Mondial Relay pickup point: 5 to 6 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday
• Chronopost: 48h from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
Delivery in the European Union:
• Chronopost: 3 to 5 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
Delivery to the USA, Canada, Senegal, Switzerland, UAE, Saudi Arabia:
• Aramex or EMS: 5 to 7 business days depending on destination.

Pickup point delivery is free for orders over €30 in France, over €60 in other EU countries, and over $200 or equivalent in local currency in the rest of the world. Below these amounts, shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery method.
7. Exchanges
Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original undamaged packaging.
All returns or exchanges must be requested via the page: https://support.artisanat-shop.com
Customers may request one return or exchange per order via the support page.
If the order contains several items and the customer wants to return more than one, they must include all product references in the same return request.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; we cover the shipping of the exchanged item.
For refund requests: Strict application of the Hamon Law of June 14, 2014: you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to change your mind and return the product(s) in perfect condition with original packaging.
* Christmas Gifts *
During the holiday season, the exchange request period is exceptionally extended. For any purchase made within 30 days before Christmas (from November 24 to December 24), exchange requests are accepted until 14 days after Christmas and only for size exchanges, not model changes. After January 8, no exchange requests will be accepted.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by European law (excluding its conflict of law rules), and the application of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You and we agree to submit all disputes arising from our commercial relationship to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco, which applies to the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Modification
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, procedures, and terms and conditions, including these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, at any time. You are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time you place an order with us, unless changes are required by administrative or governmental authorities.
