Returns and Exchanges – Procedure Based on Your Location

To submit a return request, please fill out the form at https://support.artisanat-shop.com. You will receive a reference number and return instructions.

📦 Return Address Depending on Your Location:

• Customers located in the European Union:
  You must send your return to the France address provided on the return slip that we will send you.
• Customers located outside the European Union (including Switzerland, the UK, etc.):
  Returns must be sent to the following address:
  Craft & Stuff – Depot 10 Zone ONA, Deroua 27200, Morocco

🔁 Return Conditions:

• Please clearly indicate the return reference number on the package or use the pre-filled return form provided.
• Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of our error (wrong item sent). In that case, we will cover the return shipping (via a shipping label) and the shipment of the replacement item.

🕒 Withdrawal Period:

You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind and return the products in perfect condition with their original packaging. Beyond this period, exchanges may still be accepted under certain conditions, including possible storage fees.
